The item description and the invoice will indicate when and where you can pick up a particular item. Please note! Collection of items does not always take place at JIRTU’s premises. Sometimes this takes place at the bankruptcy estate instead.
The items being auctioned are sold as is. JIRTU refers to the auction documentation and related images. For items with scant description, it is up to the buyer to consider that these items may have hidden or unknown defects.

If the auction document states that the item is a repair item, it has not received a full inspection or test run. The item may have faults other than those described, and this should be taken into account when bidding. Repair items cannot be returned and complaints cannot be made. Passenger cars and light trucks with an estimated value of less than SEK30000 are also considered repair items.

The reservation price is the lowest price accepted in advance by the client. At each auction you can see whether the reservation price has been reached or not.
No guarantee is given on purchased items.
All auctions on JIRTU start at SEK100 or SEK1000.
There is a call-in fee for the bid placed, which varies in size depending on the item. The call-in fee is clearly displayed on the item when you are logged in as a buyer on JIRTU.
All items are subject to VAT unless otherwise stated. In all cases this is clearly displayed on the item when you are logged in as a buyer on JIRTU.
If you are the winner of a bid where the reserve price has been reached, an invoice will be sent to you by email from (insert financial/payment company name here). The invoice has a payment deadline of 7 (seven) days.

All goods sold on JIRTU are sold as is. Defects and faults are sometimes present on the items sold as they are usually second hand.

As a buyer, you have the duty and right to inspect the items you have won. This means that at the time of collection you must examine and approve the condition of the item in relation to the auction document.

When you collect the item, the JIRTU delivery receipt/delivery authorisation must be signed.

The seller is not responsible for any defects not discovered by the bidder at the time of collection. In the event that you employ a freight forwarder or agent to collect the item, you are deemed to have accepted the item when it leaves the client’s pick-up location. The principal or JIRTU is not responsible for any errors that occur after pick-up. JIRTU or the client is not responsible for defects in property sold by receivers or similar. The Swedish Consumer Sales Act does not apply to these items.
